It’s always a very positive experience accessing health care at the Uni of Sussex Health Centre. The staff are all lovely - receptionists, nurses and doctors. I always feel listened to and well-cared for.

The parking situation while the university undergoes extensive building works is a nightmare. I would normally catch the train out there, but rail strikes prohibited this and I had no time for buses this visit. It would be good if there was some allowance - temporary parking measures - that driving patients could be made aware of prior to arriving and struggling to park.
